WEATHER UPDATE!
1/7/25 - 10:15 AM --- As of now, we are still planning to proceed with the conference and trade show. The most recent weather forecasts are calling for most of the significant snow and precipitation to stay to the south of Stillwater, and likely to begin later in the morning on Thursday and into Thursday night and early Friday morning. With OSU still being on winter break this week and no classes in session, it is unlikely they will close campus due to weather. So as of now, we are planning to proceed as scheduled. However, we will be keeping a close eye on the forecast and will provide updates as necessary on our website, social channels, and via email if anything changes on the weather front.
Early online registration has ended but registration will still be available at the door!
We're gearing up to head back to the Wes Watkins Center on the campus of Oklahoma State University in Stillwater for the 2025 OGWA Conference and Trade Show!
This year's event will kick off Thursday morning with the 2025 OGWA Annual Meeting and election of board members. The opening session of the 2025 OGWA Trade Show will take place from 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm in the Exhibit Hall, with lunch served beginning at noon (sponsored in part by a generous contribution from Pumps of Oklahoma). There will be more educational offerings after the Trade Show and the day will conclude with the 2025 Trade Show Reception back in the Exhibit Hall from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm. The first two rounds of drinks at this year's reception are being sponsored by generous contributions from Boshart Industries and Collier Consulting! We're also excited to announce that this year's reception will feature live music from Ayngel & John, sponsored exclusively by a generous contribution from Drilling Equipment Resources! The reception will also feature a live auction with net proceeds going to support the OGWA scholarship fund to help students attend public technical schools, colleges, and universities across Oklahoma.
The agenda for both days will feature a variety of additional educational offerings. The latest conference itinerary is available here. Refreshments for Thursday are being provided by a generous contribution from Pumps of Oklahoma. Friday's refreshments are being provided by a generous contribution from Preferred Pump.
