    2023 OGWA Conference & Trade Show

    Sponsor & Exhibitor Registration Is Now Open


    We're excited to announce that we are bringing the 2023 OGWA Conference and Trade Show back to the Wes Watkins Center on the campus of Oklahoma State University in Stillwater!

    We will be featuring five hours of dedicated time in the exhibit hall over the course of the two-day event with the Grand Opening Reception kicking off in the Exhibit Hall at 4:30pm on Wednesday, January 4th, and continuing on Thursday, January 5th from 10:00am to 1:00pm. No educational opportunities will be offered during the trade show hours. Also, as in previous years, lunch will be provided in the exhibit hall on Thursday in order to encourage conference attendees to stay onsite and make their way around to all the exhibitor booths. We will also be announcing some exciting new activities in the exhibit hall designed to engage conference attendees and keep them on the trade show floor.

    This year we are offering sponsorship opportunities above and beyond the regular exhibitor packages and all levels include the option to exhibit. We are also offering additional opportunities to sponsor specific components of the conference and trade show. All of these opportunities will provide increased exposure for your organization.

    If you are also interested in presenting during one of the classroom continuing education sessions, we would love to hear from you. We always encourage our sponsors and exhibitors to share their knowledge and expertise with those attending the conference. Please let us know if you're interested in presenting and we can discuss what options may be available.

    All booth reservations must be paid in full by December 9, 2022. In the event an exhibitor cancels prior to November 25, 2022, a full refund will be made. Cancellations received November 26, 2022, through December 8, 2022, will be refunded 50% of the booth rental. Beginning December 9, 2022, no refunds will be issued.

    We're excited to announce that we are going to be back at the Wes Watkins Center on the beautiful campus of Oklahoma State University in Stillwater for the 2023 OGWA Annual Conference and Trade Show!

Current OGWA members in good standing and government employees who register online receive the 50% discount. Registration at the door will increase to $150. 

    This year's event will kick off Wednesday morning with the presentation of the 2023 McEllhiney Lecture Series in Water Well Technology by Mr. Fred Rothauge, CWD. Mr. Rothauge's lecture is entitled "Are We Creating Long-term Groundwater Assets or Just Installing Wells?"

    Back by popular demand will be an optional interactive workshop at the Stewart Core Lab. This workshop will be held on Wednesday afternoon and will be a combination of outdoor field demonstrations (weather permitting) and in-depth classroom discussions. (Space is limited for this workshop and only open to paid registrants of the 2023 OGWA Conference.)

    Wednesday evening will feature the 2023 OGWA Trade Show Grand Opening Reception on the trade show floor in the Wes Watkins Center International Exhibit Hall. 

    Thursday's agenda will feature a variety of educational offerings as well as the 2023 OGWA Annual Trade Show from 10:30am to 1:00pm in the International Exhibit Hall.

    The conference offers attendees valuable opportunities to inspire each other with new ideas, share successes, and shape the future of our industry through seminars, exhibits, and networking.
