    2026 OGWA Conference & Trade Show

    January 8 & 9, 2026


    Sponsor & Exhibitor Registration Is Now Open!


    We are headed back to the Wes Watkins Center on the campus of Oklahoma State University in Stillwater for the 2026 OGWA Conference and Trade Show!

    We will be featuring five hours of dedicated time in the exhibit hall on the first day of the conference for the 2025 Trade Show. No educational opportunities will be offered during the trade show hours. Lunch will be provided in the exhibit hall during the first block of trade show time on Thursday in order to encourage conference attendees to stay onsite and make their way around to all the exhibitor booths before we begin the afternoon block of educational sessions. 

    We are excited to announce that rather than beginning the evening activities with just a reception, we will be serving a full dinner in the exhibit hall to begin the evening portion of the trade show! Dinner will be served buffet style and we are planning to have more tables located throughout the exhibit hall to encourage conference attendees to engage with exhibitors during dinner. 

    We are offering opportunities to sponsor specific components of the conference and trade show again this year that are above and beyond the regular exhibitor packages and we have added some new, high-visibility sponsorship opportunities. All of these opportunities will provide increased exposure for your organization.

    If you are also interested in presenting during one of the classroom continuing education sessions, we would love to hear from you. We always encourage our sponsors and exhibitors to share their knowledge and expertise with those attending the conference. This also provides an additional opportunity for direct interaction with conference attendees. If you're interested in presenting, please complete the continuing education proposal included in the exhibitors packet and return it with your payment and exhibit space contract and we can discuss what options may be available.

    Booth rental fees do not include conference registration. Registration will need to be purchased separately if exhibitors need CE hours. If you require a larger space than what is listed above, please contact OGWA Executive Director Josh McClintock for pricing by calling 405-808-3960 or email at josh@okgroundwater.org.

    All booth reservations must be paid in full by November 14, 2025. In the event an exhibitor cancels prior to October 17, 2025, a full refund will be made. Cancellations received October 18, 2025, through November 14, 2025, will be refunded 50% of the booth rental. Beginning November 15, 2025, no refunds will be issued.

    Your booth fee provides you with the following:

    • 8' high back drapes on pipe
    • 3' high divider drapes on pipe
    • 1 six-foot display table, draped
    • 2 folding chairs
    • Complimentary electrical and WIFI access
    • Listing in the exhibitor directory
    • Lunch and dinner in the Exhibit Hall
