In response to feedback we received from exhibitors after last year’s conference, we have made some changes to the agenda to help make more efficient use of your time. Rather than having the exhibit hall open at different times throughout the conference as we’ve done in years past, we will be consolidating all the exhibit time into one block on the opening day of this year’s conference. This will still give exhibitors the same amount of time to interact with those attending the conference, while providing more flexibility for those needing to travel to other commitments during this busy time of year. We will be continuing to host our 5:00pm reception on the opening day and certainly welcome any and all to stay.
The draft outline of the agenda is available above. It is our hope that by placing the exhibit time in between the continuing education offerings on the first day, it will increase attendance in the exhibit hall and allow you to have more substantive, in-depth conversations with potential customers.
Another change we’ve made in response to your feedback is eliminating the continuing education short courses that have been offered in the exhibit hall. We understand and agree that this was distracting and pulled potential customers away from your booth. It’s our hope that these changes will provide our attendees an opportunity to have more face time with you and also allow our exhibitors to better showcase their products and services.
If you are also interested in presenting during one of the continuing education sessions, we would love to hear from you. We always encourage our exhibitors to share their knowledge and expertise with those attending the conference. Hotel Room Block Available Until December 16, 2019
A block of rooms has been reserved for January 6, 2019 - January 8, 2019, at the Embassy Suites Hotel in Norman. The special room rate will now be available until December 16, 2019 or until the group block is sold-out, whichever comes first.
